2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T butter

1 C fresh parsley, chopped
1 t sodium-free chicken bouillon
1/4 t salt
1/4 t dried oregano
1/4 t dried basil
1 C shredded cheddar

Here is how you make Tomato and Broccoli Bake:

Thaw broccoli. Cook pasta and drain. Saute onion and garlic in the butter. Add tomatoes, parsley, bouillon, salt, oregano, and basil. Bring to a boil then reduce, cover, and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in the pasta and 1/2 of the cheese. Add broccoli. Transfer to a 8 x 8" pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and bake covered for 15 min at 375 degrees.
