Line a baking sheet with parchment paperOn the parchment paper place 1 sheet of phyllo dough. Spray with non-stick spray, and place another sheet on top of the previous. Continue until all sheets are stacked.Thinly slice tomatoes, and place between two sheets of paper towels to wick away moisture.Once phyllo is ready, sprinkle mozzarella over entire surface, leaving a ?- ? inch border. Top the cheese with sliced tomato.Crumble feta over tomato slices.
