Here is how you make Bryanna's Vegan All-Corn Cornbread (GF):

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.Mix the first cornmeal amount (1 1/3c), salt, baking powder, baking soda in medium bowl.In 2 cup measure, mix lemon juice and nut milk.In large mixing bowl, melt EB in microwave. Add the lemon juice/ nut milk, agave, and flaxseed.In 2 cup glass measure, mix the 2/3 cup cornmeal and boiling water. Mix well. Add to the milk mixture and whisk til smooth.Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix briefly. Pour into olive oil greased cast iron fry pan, approximately 9-10" in diameter.
