Put cabbage, peppers & onions in large pan sprayed with Pam butter spray. (Do not add zucchini yet) Sprinkle in garlic & onion powders & Mrs. Dashs. Grind a couple of times with pepper grinder. Stir well. Cook covered on low/medium aprox. 45 minutes, stirring often.
