Cast iron skillet works best. Rinse and cut off bottoms of Brussels sprouts. Cut each in half and break up a bit. Toss in heated pan and stir occasionally. Meanwhile, peel and slice onion thinly. Toss in with sprouts. Rinse and throw in mushrooms. Add as much lemon pepper as you like, about three healthy shakes.
