Here is how you make Kentucky Biscuits w/ Whole Wheat:

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add butter cutting it in with a pastry blender. Beat egg in measuring cup. Add enough milk to equal 2/3 C (approximately 1/2 C). Add sugar or honey to wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into center of dry ingredients and mix with fork until dough leaves the sides of the bowl. Knead by hand until smooth (about 1 minute).Form a square loaf of biscuits on a baking sheet. Use a knife to score 12 equal square biscuits.
