Here is how you make 5 Minute Whole Wheat Flax Master Recipe:

Mix all dry ingredients in a 5 quart bowl. Add all water and stir to combine. Let sit at room temperature for 3 hours or until dough flattens out on top. Cover (not airtight) and refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight. You can make four loaves of bread right away, or make one at a time. The dough should keep for ten days in your fridge. You may want to turn the dough periodically over the ten days to keep it from forming a "crust" on top.To bake loaves:Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place an empty baking pan for water on another shelf so it won't interfere with the bread. Shape dough into 4 loaves, either in a loaf pan or free form on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Loosely cover with a tea towel and let rise for about 40 minutes. Slash a few quarter inch diagonal lines across the top of the dough with a serrated knife. Put the loaf in the over. Pour 1 cup hot tap water into the spare baking pan and close the oven to trap the steam. Let bake for about 30 minutes, depending on your oven, until the crust is nicely browned.Serving Size:?40 slices
