Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Mix packet of yeast and 2 T. stevia in warm water. Let sit for 10 minutes.Pour yeast mixture in bowl. Add flour, 1/2 cup at time, until dough is soft, but not sticky. Add remaining stevia and knead until dough is stretchy. Divide into two loaves and roll to desired length. Transfer to a baking sheet and allow to rise on warm oven for 30 minutes. Place baking sheet on oven and (very important) put 3-4 cups of ice in a baking dish and put as close as possible to the bottom of the oven under the bread (makes the bread soft). Don't open oven for 15 minutes. Bake bread for 15-18 minutes until crusty and brown. Slice into 1 inch slices and serve.Serving Size:?Makes 2 baguettes, 2 slices per serving
