Here is how you make Honey Whole Wheat Refrigerator Rolls:

Dissolve yeast in water. Let stand 5 minutes. Bend in honey, salt, and 3 cups white flour until moistened. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Beat in egg and oil. Gradually add in whole wheat flour and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead 6-8 minutes. If using a kitchen Aid mixer, continue to knead 2 minutes after dough pulls away from the side of bowl. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until double or cover and refrigerate overnight. Punch down and form into rolls. Bake in a 375 degree oven 10-12 minutes.
