Here is how you make Wheat Pilaf with Lentils:

1. Rinse lentils, place in saucepan with water and bring to the boil. Lower flame and simmer gently for 10 minutes or until lentils are tender. Add salt last few minutes. Drain lentils.2. Bring broth to the boil, add cracked wheat (bulgur) and drained lentils. Bring to boil again then simmer, covered, for twenty minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Shut flame.3. Meanwhile, melt butter** in skillet (** I use olive oil) add onions and saute them until golden brown. Add to pilaf with pepper and mix gently. Taste to adjust seasoning.
