How Do I Make Rolls in a "Bosch" White and Wheat?

Here is how you make Rolls in a "Bosch" White and Wheat:

This is my favorite recipe for rolls and it works every time (unlike other recipes)..... My kids like this rolls for sandwiches too and they even like it better than regular bread! (no need to worry for a perfect slice, yeah!) And my favorite part: is super easy and economical. In Bosch bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Add water (test it for right temperature by running water on top of your hand like you do to test baby bottles) mix and let stand covered for 10 minutes. *start the timer!, clean you mess and get the next ingredients ready.Add last 4 ingredients. Mix for 10 min. on High. ( clean your mess and oil your counter or bowl and get your dish towel ready to cover bowl)Let rise for about 30 min.(turn on timer and check!) until double in size on oily counter by the stove and cover ( this works well in the summer but in the winter I let it rise in my big pan I turn on the stove top on low for a little bit just to be warm ( too hot will kill the yeast in the dough) place a blanket between the stove top and the bowl to insulate the heat (unless you have a pan big enough to hold that much dough after it rises) and I make sure to cover the bowl and it works great....I do this because I don't want to have my oven on this whole rising time, if you use saf-instant yeast it will grow even in the winter but it takes longer than when is warm). When double in size softly punch dough down and make little balls the size of a golf ball or even a little bit bigger place in your lightly oiled pan you'll need 3 pans this recipe makes about 3 dozen rolls, I like how they cook in a cake pan better than a cookie sheet but a cookie sheet works.let rise for about 30 minutes (turn on timer for 20 minutes then turn on the oven!)Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown....*I usually use one dozen for dinner and then freeze the rest in a zip-lock bag for two more meals!!! Whatever you do cover your rolls if you don't eat them all or they'll turn hard and they will only be good for bread pudding or bread crumbs *I've made this recipe without eggs and I can't even tell a difference great recipe to use up our year supply, I just need to learn how to knead dough by hand and I?ll be set !!!*For wheat rolls use this same recipe I only changed the flour to 3/12 c. of wheat flour....the formula to change reg. flour to wheat is: 2 c. white flour = 1 3/4c. wheatServing Size: 1 rollNumber of Servings: 36Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user BCALL8.
