1 cup of dry powdered milk (optional , for thicker yogurt)
1/3 cup Honey

Here is how you make Yogurt , Homade. Plain:

Heat liquid milk on lower heat until it reaches 185 on a thermomater. Remove from heat and allow to cool until 95 degrees. Take yogurt and place in a small bowl , temper it by adding a little of the cooled milk to it, wisk it together , adding more milk as needed. Then add it to the remaining of the milk. Add Honey and powdered milk. Pour into jars and place in yogurt maker. Cook for another 12 hours, remove and put lids on jars, place in fridge and eat when cooled. Good for a week to 10 days.
