Drain garbanzo beans, reserving some of the liquid.After you've peeled and lightly crushed the garlic, put it in a food processer and whir until it's broken up - scrape the sides, add the yogurt, paprika, olive oil, lemon juce, and tabasco sauce, and process until blended. Add chick peas and process, stopping to scrape sides &/or stir up from the bottom as needed until of desired texture.
