In another bowl whip eggs whites to stiff peaks.Another bowl combine brown sugar, butter, egg yolks, and yogurt until smooth.Stir the egg mixture together with the flour mixture.Fold in the egg yolksLet batter sit for 15 minutes or longer -will help soften the oats.Heat waffle iron to manufacturers directions pour 1/2 cup of batter onto iron and close. Cook until waffles are golden brown and crisp about 5 minuters (this will depend on your waffle iron). Make about 6 waffles depending on the size of your waffle iron.
