The recipe came from my Grandmother, who got it from a neighbor. I have made a couple adjustments and you can make more like using egg beater or skim milk. Even with these adjustment its not low calorie about 150 per piece so you can cut it smaller if you wish. But this is a delicious side with chili or bean soup.

Preheat over to 375-400. Beat egg and milk. Add zucchini, onions, cheese and oil. Mix. Mix together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Add liquid to dry. MIX TO JUST MOISTEN. Do not over beat.
