1/2 zucchini sliced
1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 medium onion chopped
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp canola oil
A few sprays of butter flavored cooking spray
Salt/Pepper/Seasonings to taste

Here is how you make Steamed Cabbage and Zucchini w/ Onion, Garlic, and Mushroom:

Put oils and cooking spray into the pan and warm the pan to a medium heat. Chop all the veggies while you heat the pan. Add the onions, mushrooms, and garlic to the heated pan and saute' until onions begin to look translucent. Add zucchini slices and saute' until they begin to cook and then add the cabbage. Season everything to taste with salt, pepper, and seasonings (I use Nature's Seasons by McCormick). Add a few tablespoons of water to the pan to stir everything together and release the bits from the bottom of the pan.
