Here is how you make Zucchini Squash Boats:

cut squash in half lengthwise. Microwave for about 4-5 minutes. (soft but not over done). Scoop out the center of the squash to form the boat. (You will add to the mixture later).Cut bacon into small pieces and begin to sautee in I can't believe its not butter, add onions and mushrooms.
