3 Tbs. olive oil (enough to coat bottom of pan)

Here is how you make Zuchinni Bajhi:

Place cut-up squash in a medium sized bowl.In a smaller separate bowl, mix the garbanzo flour and spices.Pour the flour mixture onto the squash amd mix thoroughly making sure that all the squash is evenly coated. There will probbly be some leftover flour (do not discard!)Heat the oil in pan over med to med-high heat. Once heated, dump all the squash and leftover flour into pan. Spread evenly in pan. Do not toss until a little browning occurs, then toss to cook all sides evenly.Once done, drain on paper towels and season with salt.
