Onion powder, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup

Here is how you make Chicky Chili:

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.Place chicken in bottom of pot.Drain and add kidney beans.Add chili powder, onion powder, cinnamon, black pepper & ground cumin seed.Drain and add both black and white beans.Add chicken broth.Drain and add corn.Drain and add tomatoes.Cover and set on High.Prior to serving, prepare rice. This is best in a rice cooker but ours died and the replacement didn't ever get even one batch created before it too died so we simply boil water now and do it the old fashioned-esque way.Break up the chicken into chunks.Serving Size: 6Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TIMANTEC.
