Here is how you make Stuffed Artichokes:

Cut tops off of artichokes. Rinse them clean and drain. Mix romano cheese and breadcrumbs. Stuff all the leaves of the aritchokes with romano and breadcrumb mixture. Place a tap of butter on the top of each artichoke. Place in slow cooker. Add about a 1/2 inch of water to bottom of cooker. Cook on high about 3-1/2 to 4 hours.
