Pecans, .5 cup, chopped
Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed
Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
Honey, 2 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp

Here is how you make Almond and Pecan Granola:

Preheat oven to 275.In large bowl, mix oats, nuts, and flaxseed. In a small separate bowl, mix brown sugar and water. Microwave for 1 minute until sugar dissolves. Mix in vanilla, salt, and honey into brown sugar mixture. Add liquid mixture to oat mixture and stir. After mixed, add cinnamon to taste. Spread mixture on sprayed or greased cookie sheet and bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
