Here is how you make Almond Raisin granola bars:

Beat egg white with a hand mixer until quite foamy/frothy. Then mix in agave and almond butter until blended. Add oats, raisins, almonds and cinnamon and stir to combine. Add to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread into a thin rectangle. Laying another sheet of parchment paper on top, press into an even, thin layer. Bake in oven for 20 minutes, or until edges begin to become golden brown. Allow to cool at least 30 minutes, then slice into 11-12 even rectangles (a pizza cutter makes this easy.) If desired, wrap in foil, plastic wrap, or store in individual plastic baggies to make easy grab and go breakfasts or snacks.
