Here is how you make Almond, Honey n' Oat Bars:

Preheat oven to 400.Line a glass baking dish with wax paper and spray paper with cooking spray.Mix oats, crushed almonds and crushd cereal on a baking sheet and put in preheated oven for about 10 minutes, stiring every few minutes to toast.In a sauce pan bring all other ingredients to a simmer.Stir oats into mixtures.Pour mixture onto prepared baking dish.
