3.50 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
1.50 tsp Baking Powder
.50 cup, chopped Pecans
2 tbsp Anise Seed


How Do I Make Almond Anise Seed Biscotti?

Here is how you make Almond Anise Seed Biscotti:

Mix all ingredients. Spray biscotti pan with PAM cooking spray ,making sure to get the sides as well as bottom coated. Put batter in pan ,spreading it with fingers to cover bottom of pan. Try to make it level as much as possible.Bake @ 325 degrees Farenheit for 30 min.Let cool when taken out of oven.Cut into 28 pieces ,two columns of 16 each.TAKE OUT of pan and cook on EACH SIDE 15 min.on a COOKIE BAKING SHEET at same degrees oven ~325 degrees Farenheit. So you have to bake the biscotti 4x plus the original baking for a total of 5x. These are BISCOTTI and hence, each SIDE needs to be cooked through. Each side will be HARD.
