Here is how you make Almost fat-free Cinnamon Apple Granola:

Melt honey w/ brown sugar over low heat, pour in applesauce. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet to dry ingredients, stirring well. Pour mixture into jelly roll pans or large roasters and bake at 300 for about 50 minutes, stirring every 15 min or so. Cool slightly, then pour onto wax paper and allow to cool fully before storing in airtight container.
