1 cup Quick-Cooking Oatmeal
1/2 cup Power Peanut Butter (or other 'Nut' butter)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Cranberries or Craisins
3 Tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 Tbs Butter, unsalted


*** Power Peanut Butter. Ingredients: Roasted Peanuts, Egg Whites, Wheat Germ, Flax Seed, Flax Oil, Honey, Salt.

Whisk together the protein powder with milk, until the protein powder is mostly dissolved. Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract, stir until mixture is well combined. Then add the remaining ingredients; continue stirring until everything is thoroughly mixed. Press mixture to bottom of a well-greased 13x9-inch pan. Be sure to press firmly; otherwise, it'll be crumbly ( hint: use wax paper or your hand).For topping: Place the chocolate morsel in a microwave-safe bowl, set the microwave on 60% power for 40 seconds, just until melted.
