Here is how you make Oven Baked Carmel Corn:

Gather ingredients. Spray roasting pan so carmel corn does not stick. Place air-popped popcorn in roasting pan. Set aside. Set oven to 200 F. On stove top, combine brown sugar, butter, and honey cooking over medium heat. Stir enough to combine. When mixture begins to boil, stir constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda being sure to keep stirring. Pour over popcorn that is in the roasting pan. Mix gently. Put in oven, stirring every 15 minutes for one hour.
