1 cup raisins, packed
90g dark chocolate chips
90g almonds

1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease 9" x 13" casserole dish with butter.In large bowl, beat together 2 eggs. Mix in pumpkin, maple syrup, and vanilla.In separate bowl, mix together flour, skim milk powder, baking soda, baking powder, and spices. Gradually add to pumpkin mixture, mixing well.Mix in oats, raisins, chocolate chips, and almonds.Gradually add in water (1/4 cup at a time) until you have a slightly liquid consistency.Pour entire mix in to greased casserole dish, spreading evenly through pan.
