In large mixer bowl combine 1 cup of the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Add mashed banana, applesauce & milk. Beat with electric mixer on low till blended, then on high speed 2 minutes. Add eggs & remaining flour, beat till blended.Pour batter into a greased 8 X 4 X 2 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes or until center comes out clean. Cook for 10 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan & cool completely on wire rack. Wrap & store overnight before slicing.
