1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Lg Eggs

1 1/2 Mashed overriped banana
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 Cup Dark Raisins
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Here is how you make Granola Banana Bread:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle.In a separate bowl beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients to cream mixture. Then add cream ingredients to well, stir until just moistened.
