1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt

Beat together sugar & oil. Add eggs, bananas, sour cream & vanilla; blend well. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir til just combined. Pour into greased 9 x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes, til toothpick inserted into center come out clean.
