How Do I Make Walkydoo's Banana Bread?

Here is how you make Walkydoo's Banana Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two medium/large loaf pans or four mini-loaf pans. Use a food processor or blender to grind the oats; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat together bananas, unsweetened applesauce, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and egg whites. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, ground oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, & ground flax seed. Gradually stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Spoon batter into prepared loaf pans. I used four mini-loaf pans**, but you could use 2 medium/large loaf pans.Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes (large loaf pans), or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.**If you use the mini-loaf pans bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.Cut large loaves into 12 slices each.
