In small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside. In a medium bowl, beat sugar, splenda and oil for until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla, add bananas. Add to flour mixture and beat on low until smooth. Spray cake pop wells with non-stick spray, fill each with 1 TBSP of batter.
