Spray a 9X12 casserole dish with PAM spray and set aside. In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients and set aside. In a mixing bowl beat egg whites, cottage cheese, bananas, water, aguave sweetener and oil. Add just a tad of vanilla for flavor to the wet ingredients. Add the dry mixture and combine until a lumpy batter forms. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until edges are browned. Cut into 2X3 inch sqares.
