Directions:Preheat your oven for 5 minutes at 180o C (355o F). Mix the oats, the whey and the cinnamon. Mash the bananas and add the honey. Add the nut butter and stir in throughly. Add the egg whites. Add to oat mixture. Mix well.Spoon the mixture into a greased lined cake tin and level with a knife. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
