Leave bananas in fridge to cool down a little while you melt chocolate. To melt chocolate place 85 grams or the equivalent of twelve pieces of the chocolate bar in a microwavable dish. Melt chocolate (careful to not burn) and then cover the cooled bananas with melted chocolate. Place in freezer upright or on waxed paper.
