* 3/4 cup sugar substitute
* 1/4 cup Organic unsweetened low-fat vanilla almond milk
* Agave Nectar, 0.5 tbsp

Here is how you make Low-cal, Low-fat, amazingly delicious banana chocolate chip muffins:

Preheat oven to 350Cream together sugar substitute, agave sweetener, applesauce, milk and egg beater. Mix in bananas, after soaking them in coffee (soaking them in dark rum is also tasty). In separate bowl sift together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix together dry with wet. Add vanilla and almond extracts, and chocolate chips.Spray muffin tin with (no cal no fat) cooking spray, pour mixture in tray. Bake for about 40 min or until tooth pick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out dry.
