2 TBSP vinegar
1/2 c molasses
1/2 c chopped dates or raisins optional (nutrition content does not include this, so don't forget to add it in if you use them)

Here is how you make Food for Life Banana Oat Muffins:

Preheat oven to 375Mix the flour, oats and baking soda and make a well in the center; Add the mashed bananas, the liquid ingredients and dates or raisins. Stir together just to mix. Spoon batter into nonstick or lightly oil-sprayed muffin tins and bake for 25 min or until tops bounce back when pressed lightly. **I used muffin papers and if you do, be sure to let the muffins cool all the way because otherwise they really stick to the paper!
