1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Here is how you make Not So Big Bad Banana Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease entire cupcake or muffin tin including the top of the pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon. In another bowl mix egg, splenda, applesauce & bananas. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just until combined. (A few little lumps are fine). Pour batter into prepared tin, filling 3/4 to top. Bake in preheated oven 30 - 35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into center tests clean.
