Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine flours, wheat germ, salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat together the egg, juice concentrate, milk, butter, and banana. Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in raisins, being careful not to overmix. Either spray muffin pan with cooking spray or line with muffin cups. Fill each cup 2/3 full and bake 10-15 minutes, just until done.
