Here is how you make Quinoa, Nutty Choc Banana Protein Bar:

Cook quinoa via instructions on the pack.Preheat oven to 325F. Line a 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paperProcess oats in food processor, move to large mixing bowl. Add all dry ingredients. Mash banana and add to dry ingredients. Stir in egg, yogurt, vanilla, peanut butter and honey. Break up chocolate and add to mixture. Once quinoa is cooked add to the other ingredients while still warm and mix until chocolate is melted through. Pour into lined dish and Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Once cool cut into 12 bars and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to month.
