Fat-free Cream Cheese and/or 1 TBSP Sugar-Free Jam How Do I Make Protein Bites?Here is how you make Protein Bites: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, blender, or shaker cup! Mix until smooth. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until solid in center.
