-6 oz. egg whites

-1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or a sweet flavor works best)

-1 scoop flax meal (I use Megaflax ProActive, but any type of ground flaxseed should work)

-4-6oz. soy milk (8th continent light original is used in my recipe)

-1 packet Kashi Truly Vanilla Hot Cereal

-splenda and cinnamon (to your taste)

*optional, 2 oz. Fat-free Cream Cheese and/or 1 TBSP Sugar-Free Jam

Here is how you make Protein Bites:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, blender, or shaker cup! Mix until smooth. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until solid in center. Slice into small bite-sized pieces and enjoy!You can also "frost" the protein bites with sugar-free jam and/or fat-free cream cheese!
