In another bowl combine, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, pepper and backing soda. Carefully stir the dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Do not over mix. Pour mixture in pan and sprinkle top with raw pumpkin seeds. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.
