Grease and flour 3 loaf pans and preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix all dry ingredients, except walnuts and peanut butter chips, in a medium mixing bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Gradually mix the dry into the wet until thoroughly mixed. Add in walnuts and peanut butter chips and then pour into loaf pans.
