This is basically a cousin of mine's recipe. I've tweaked it a little to make it healthier. My hubby especially loves it, great with a little schmear of whipped cream cheese spread on it and a cup of coffee.My only experience making this (and I highly recommend this) has been to use 2 empty metal coffee cans for baking pans. (the 1lb (+/-) size)
