Here is how you make Breakfast Sammie:

Spray a microwave-save bowl (I use a wide bottomed coffee mug) with cooking spray. Place ham on the bottom and top with eggs. Break the yolk and very slightly scramble the eggs. Top with plastic wrap, and lift up one corner to vent. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and top with cheese. Replace wrap and microwave an additional 45 seconds-1 minute.
