A bit heavier than I usually go for breakfast but this was made up one morning when I needed something fast, hearty and delicious. I had worked out before eating, and was really hungry when I was done, so I threw this together.The protein powder flavors and frozen fruit you use can obviously be changed to suit your needs - I find the frozen banana provides a wonderful creamy texture and goes really well with the peanut butter and chocolate.

Here is how you make PBBC Post Workout Breakfast Shake:

I use an immersion blender to make this shake but you can easilly use a regular blender as well. Pour milk and protein powder into blender glass. Pulse blender to mix. Add Better N Peanut butter, and pulse a few more times. Add FROZEN banana, and pulse until drink is to your desired consistency.
