Blend all the dry ingredients and keep to the side in a bowl. In another bowl thoroughly mix the butter and coconut butter. Once the butter blend is mixed add sucralose baking blend and cream together with the two kinds of butter. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Once this is thoroughly mixed sift in the dry ingredients a little at a time. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Put all the mix in a pan prepared with Baker's Blend Spray.
