Makes 20 browniespreheat oven 300 degreesmelt 3 oz chocolate over low heatsteam carrots, then pureeremove both from heatmix carrots with chocolate; along with brown sugar, cocoa powder, butter, vanillamix until well belndedadd egg white, flour, baking powder, and salt. mix until well blendedspread into 9x13 pan for 20 thin browniesbake 20-40 mins. I made my first batch today and found that 20 minutes was suffice for a 9x13 pan, b/c the brownies are so thin.
