How Do I Make Choco-Almond Butter Protein Crisps?

Here is how you make Choco-Almond Butter Protein Crisps:

Add oats, rice cereal and whey protein to large bowl, shake lightly to not let protein settle at bottom. Slowly heat almond butter by itself in microwave safe bowl until smooth and almost liquid, 30 second increments. Add in the honey to the almond butter and mix in cocoa. Microwave again until smooth and pourable consistency. Add in the Stevia and vanilla, mix well. Pour into bowl and mix until all ingreadients are completely blended and mixed well. Pour into 13x9 baking dish and press together until flat and smooth. Place in freezer for one hour and then remove and cut into 18 squares.Serving Size:?Makes 18 squares
